With a poor CPQ implementation done previously, Gainsight was still experiencing very manual processes with little to no established approvals and an unwieldy product catalog slowing down reps. Simplus rebuilt the Gainsight CPQ environment in order to best address the prior setup mistakes. As part of this, we provided initial scoping, design, and a complete restructuring of product pricing and packaging. Simplus also utilized AI to simplify order templates and the Gainsight product catalog, increasing productivity with 100 percent adoption from sales reps.
