Introducing O.C. Tanner, a leader in human resources and employee recognition solutions. The company has clients across the globe, spanning 150 different countries, and O.C. Tanner helps each of them solve problems with social appreciation, performance recognition, and more. But O.C. Tanner needed help configuring and launching its Community Cloud instance, as well as navigating a tricky situation in between internal admins. Simplus services—including implementation, change management, and managed services—came to the rescue.
Initially stepping in as the company’s temporary admin, Simplus helped maintain and configure O.C. Tanner’s Sales Cloud. After a new internal admin was found, O.C Tanner still wanted Simplus’ expertise. We stayed on to both launch Community Cloud for O.C. Tanner and to serve as a managed services provider for the company. Simplus also helped train new users as the Salesforce instance expanded beyond O.C. Tanner’s US office and into the UK. In the end, O.C. Tanner has since enjoyed 29% increased productivity, as well as over 50 hours saved each month and 80% faster report generation—not to mention the continued service of Simplus as its managed services hero.
