Utilizing business partners and top-notch marketing practices are essentials for any business—but you have to have the right tools in place to do so. AGI reached out to Simplus for help improving their marketing practices through Pardot enhancements and a new Community Cloud setup.
We configured a segmentation list, automation rules, and segmentation rules to help AGI better leverage its Salesforce tools. We also built out rules to meet AGI’s partner requirements. On top of all that, Simplus ensured the skills needed to maintain the new system were in place with AGI’s team through in-depth end user training on email functionality and website tracking. Now, AGI has a one-stop portal for its partners and a better knowledge of marketing practices it can use within Salesforce.
