The Challenge

Since March 2019, Simplus has worked with NorthMarq as its managed services provider for Salesforce. In that time, we have worked with NorthMarq to maintain and make a dent in its Salesforce product backlog as well as consult on innovative enhancements and updates to the Salesforce instance. NorthMarq was really looking for a consulting team who could come in and make recommendations on how to improve, how to set up a structured release schedule, and how to manage code and environment maintenance.
