For over two years now, Simplus has been providing managed services to Netrality, leveraging an expert team of resources and a strong understanding of the Netrality business model and priorities.
Aside from handling the day-in-day-out of Salesforce requests at Netrality, the Simplus managed services team has been utilized for much more. The team has assisted with a DocuSign integration, Lightning migration, HubSpot implementation, and DiscoverOrg implementation, all impacting and interacting with the Salesforce CRM. The streamlined DocuSign process has allowed the Netrality sales team to save hours and secure higher close rates on its deals. By moving over to Lightning, all of Netrality’s end users now enjoy a more dynamic experience with crucial reports and personalized dashboards. Additionally, Simplus has developed functionality that drastically improves the Netrality sales order process and revamped reporting and dashboards for Netrality.
At the start of this year, Netrality doubled its contracted hours with Simplus, eager to deliver more innovation and develop further enhancements.
