First and foremost, Simplus met all of their timelines and stayed within set budgets. Aly Payne also appreciated the fact that she could help direct and add input but also lean on the Simplus project team to do the actual work. This enabled her to take care of her many other duties at Greenbits.
Aly was particularly impressed with how quickly the project team could problem solve and navigate issues that surfaced with the billing initiative thus allowing Greenbits to implement Salesforce Billing in record time.
Greenbits implemented CPQ first and then Salesforce Billing second. The billing project went very well and was underway within two weeks. Greenbits is now creating and sending invoices using Salesforce Billing, collecting payments electronically with a hosted payments page, and automatically calculating the sales tax using Vertex. This has streamlined their Quote-to-cash experience immensely.
A favorite feature of the Simplus implementation was their ability to handle the complexity of fulfillment to multiple locations. This happened through grouping, solutions groups, and advanced order management. This allowed Greenbits to take a big combined order and divide it among different fulfillment centers. Greenbits has a wide array of product types and configurations that differ from state to state. The built-in logic has been key to their business success in ensuring compliance with state regulations and rapid growth.
