Extension to Distributors: Badger Meter had recently acquired one of its distributors and was looking at options to better enable the utilization of the external distributor/partner channel.
Poor Sales Experience: The company was also experiencing low user adoption and suboptimal internal perception due to an outdated user interface (UI) that was difficult and cumbersome to navigate.
